Manufacture Warranty DisclaimerWarranty Thank you for your interest in Peaklasers products manufactured by Gigalaser (Wuhan Gigaa Optronics Technology Co.,Ltd) This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Peaklasers/Gigaalaser (Wuhan Gigaa Optronics Technology Co.,Ltd) (the "Physical Goods").What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Peaklasers/Gigaalaser (Wuhan Gigaa Optronics Technology Co.,Ltd) will repair, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. What will we do to correct problems? PeakLasers/Gigaalaser (Wuhan Gigaa Optronics Technology Co.,Ltd) will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Peaklasers/Gigaalaser (Wuhan Gigaa Optronics Technology Co.,Ltd) will for a period of 2 years on laser units and 1 year on treatment handles from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the original date of purchase replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:•Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship•Damage of a product resulting from negligence, user misuse, user damage, user abuse•Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product•Damage caused by natural disaster•Theft or loss of the product•Any repairs that are not covered under warranty the purchaser (End User) is required to pay in full including all shipping and handling.  What do you have to do?•To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. the product must be in its original packaging or the customer can send it in any package that does not cause damage to the items on Return To Manufacture (RTM).
